Our Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty
The Wirie and The WirieAP have a one year limited warranty. Island Consulting, Inc. warranties The Wirie and The WirieAP to be free of material or workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty does not cover any damage incurred from acts of God, shipping, impacts with other objects, dropping, immersion of electronics in water, repairs performed by anyone but us, accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters (i.e. hurricanes and lightening), cosmetic blemishes, modifications, cable terminals not inside the waterproof enclosure, and any labor costs incurred for removing and/or reinstalling the hardware. Under no circumstance will Island Consulting, Inc. be responsible for any damages beyond the replacement cost of the defective merchandise. Island Consulting, Inc. will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or component that is returned to us under warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. This limited warranty no longer applies if any removal of serial numbers, MAC address numbers, or brand names has occurred. This limited warranty covers normal use only. Warranty claims must be emailed with a detailed description of the issue or problems, date of purchase, name of the reseller The Wirie or The WirieAP was purchased from, and your contact information. All shipping costs of the unit to Island Consulting, Inc. will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned to Island Consulting, Inc., at which point the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer in a timely fashion. Return freight of our choice will be covered by this limited warranty.
Return Policy
The Wirie and The WirieAP also come with a 10 day money back guarantee. Due to the outdoor nature of the product, we can only accept returns for items 10 days or less after receipt. If you’re not completely satisfied with The Wirie or The WirieAP, please return it for a full refund, less shipping costs. Products must be returned in as-new condition with pre-paid shipping to Island Consulting, Inc. All return requests must be emailed and await confirmation prior to returning.
